<p><strong>– Break the Window Immediately:</strong> If the child is trapped in the car for more than 5-10 minutes and there is no way to open the door, consider breaking the window immediately. In the summer, the temperature inside the car can reach 70 degrees Celsius, which can be life-threatening for the child.</p>



<p><strong>– Break the Window Carefully:</strong> When breaking the window, avoid breaking the one near the child. Break the window on the opposite side of the child&#8217;s seat to ensure the child&#8217;s safety. Break the window slowly to avoid shattering it and causing harm to the child.</p>



<p><strong>– Do Not Take the Child to a Cold Environment Immediately:</strong> After rescuing the child from the car, do not immediately take them to a cold environment or give them cold water. Allow them some time to adjust to the normal temperature, so their body temperature can stabilize gradually.</p>



<p><strong>– Inform Emergency Services:</strong> While trying to rescue the child, call the police and ambulance. This will ensure that the child receives immediate medical attention and any emergency services can respond quickly.</p>

<p>A case of murder of a government teacher has come to light in Bundi. This incident took place at Lanka Gate Ambedkar Circle, where some youths attacked the teacher with sharp weapons, sticks, and rods. The injured teacher was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.</p>



<p>The deceased teacher, Manish Meena, was a resident of Senti and was a teacher at a government school located in Sodhiniya&#8217;s hut. He had got the job just two years ago. The police have registered a case of murder and are searching for the accused.</p>



<p>SP Rajendra Meena said that the teacher, Manish Meena, had gone to a dhaba near Lanka Gate Chowk to eat with his friend. Here, he had a dispute with some youths, and the youths from the opposite party did not like the fight between Manish and his friend. They threatened to teach them a lesson, but after a while, others pacified the matter. The youths also went back after eating, and Manish was also going back, during which these miscreants attacked Manish brutally near Ambedkar Circle.</p>



<p>Local people got agitated and sat on a dharna outside the district collectorate. The police are searching for the accused. The atmosphere in the city is fearful after this murder incident, which took place over a small issue.</p>

<p>The BJP has suffered a major setback in Delhi ahead of the assembly elections. BB Tyagi, a BJP councilor from Lakshmi Nagar, has joined the Aam Aadmi Party. AAP leader Manish Sisodia has inducted BB Tyagi into the party. BB Tyagi has previously served as the leader of the house and chairman of the standing committee in the East Delhi Municipal Corporation. He has also served as the mayor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation. BB Tyagi had contested the 2015 assembly elections from Lakshmi Nagar but lost to AAP candidate Nitin Tyagi by a margin of just 5,000 votes.</p>

Separate Toilets For Girls: Three States Have Achieved 100% Target


<p>Important information related to school education and facilities has come to light. In a petition filed in the Supreme Court, the central government has submitted an affidavit stating that more than 97.5% of schools in the country, including government, government-aided, and private schools, have separate toilets for girls. Notably, the lack of separate toilets for girls in higher classes was a major reason for them to drop out of school.</p>



<p>The central government has also stated that Delhi, Goa, and Puducherry have achieved 100% target. Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state in the country, has separate toilets for girls in 98.8% of schools. Similarly, West Bengal has achieved 99.9%, Punjab 99.5%, and Bihar 98.5%. Rajasthan has achieved 98% of the target.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Social Activist Filed a PIL</h2>



<p>Congress leader and social activist Jaya Thakur had filed a PIL, demanding that the central and state governments provide free sanitary pads to girls from class 6 to 12, along with separate toilets for girls in all government, government-aided, and residential schools. The Supreme Court had sought a response from the central government in this regard.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2.5 Lakh Toilets Constructed for Girls</h2>



<p>According to the central government, 2.5 lakh toilets for boys and 2.9 lakh toilets for girls have been constructed in government-aided schools. On July 8, the central government informed the Supreme Court that it was preparing a national policy to provide sanitary pads to school-going girls. The preparation is in its final stage.</p>

<p>The Gurgaon police said on Sunday, November 3, that a case has been registered against Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, for making threatening calls to Bhim Sena chief Satpal Tanwar from abroad. According to officials, Anmol is accused of using phone numbers from Zimbabwe and Kenya to make threatening calls to Tanwar from America and Canada.</p>

<p>Tanwar filed a complaint after which Anmol Bishnoi was booked under IPC sections at Sector 37 police station on Saturday. The police revealed that Anmol made several calls to the Bhim Sena chief on October 30, during which he threatened to &#8220;tear him apart&#8221;. The police officials said, &#8220;The 6-minute and 41-second call was answered by Tanwar&#8217;s female secretary.&#8221; In response to the complaint, a task force comprising STF and members of several crime and cybercrime units has been formed to investigate the matter further.</p>

<p>It is noteworthy that according to officials, after receiving an alert from American authorities about Anmol&#8217;s whereabouts, the Mumbai police have started the process of extradition of 25-year-old Anmol, who is involved in high-profile cases including the shooting incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan&#8217;s residence. Anmol has allegedly planned several criminal activities for his brother Lawrence Bishnoi, who is lodged in a Gujarat jail. Last month, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) included Anmol in its most wanted list and announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for information leading to his arrest. Anmol frequently travels between America and Canada and is under close surveillance by Indian authorities.</p>
