<p>Gautam Adani promised continuous support for the Telangana government&#8217;s initiative for skill development and empowerment of youths. Chief Minister Reddy announced on August 1 in the state assembly that Adani Logistics would be one of the industry partners for Young India Skills University. The assembly passed the Young India Skill University Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Bill-2024, which will establish a university that will equip students with skills to meet industry demands.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">School of E-commerce and Logistics</h2>



<p>It was also announced that a school of e-commerce and logistics would be established in partnership with Adani Logistics and O9 Solutions. The partner companies will develop curricula, train students in their respective fields, and provide job opportunities. On October 11, Young India Skills University announced that it would launch its first set of courses on November 4. The university has launched three schools initially, including the School of Logistics and E-commerce, the School of Healthcare, and School of Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences.</p>

<p><strong>Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde Resigns:</strong> Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde has resigned as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra today (26 November). Shinde submitted his resignation to Governor CP Radhakrishnan in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar.</p>



<p>With the completion of the Maharashtra Assembly&#8217;s term, Eknath Shinde has resigned as the Chief Minister. The Governor has instructed Shinde to continue as the caretaker Chief Minister until the new Chief Minister takes oath. Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar, Deepak Kesarkar, Dadaji Bhuse, and Chandrakant Raghuvanshi were also present.</p>

<p><strong>Jharkhand Richest- Poorest MLA: </strong>Despite being considered a backward state in terms of development, Jharkhand&#8217;s MLAs are economically prosperous. Out of the 80 MLAs who won the recent assembly elections, 71 (89%) are crorepatis. The maximum number of crorepati MLAs belongs to the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM).</p>



<p>The Jharkhand Election Watch and the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) have analysed the election affidavits of 80 out of 81 MLAs, revealing this information. Interestingly, the number of crorepati MLAs in the state increases with each election.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Know Who the Richest and Poorest MLA Is</h2>



<p>– 71 MLAs are crorepatis. In 2014, 41 MLAs were crorepatis, which increased to 56 in the 2019 elections.</p>

<p><strong>School Closed: </strong>Due to the continuously deteriorating air quality in Delhi-NCR, the administration has decided to run schools in hybrid mode. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the health of the children, as the increasing air pollution is having a bad impact on their health. The increasing smog and incidents of stubble burning are the main reasons for pollution. Vehicle emissions, dust from construction activities, and industrial emissions are also major contributors. Considering the poor air quality, schools in Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi are still running online.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>What is Hybrid Mode?</strong></h2>



<p>Students will be able to study through both online and offline modes. Students who want to attend school can do so with safety measures in place. The rest of the students will continue their studies online. The AQI (Air Quality Index) in Delhi-NCR has reached a severe level. Prolonged exposure to polluted air can lead to respiratory problems, asthma, and other diseases in children.</p>



<p>The air in NCR is still not clean. Schools up to Class 12 remain closed. Sometimes the weather is clear in the morning, but by evening, it becomes foggy. Sometimes the fog clears up in the morning, but the weather remains bad in different areas throughout the day. In Delhi, the average AQI is 392. In Anand Vihar, it&#8217;s 440, in Rohini, it&#8217;s 421, and in Vivek Vihar, it&#8217;s 419. Similarly, the situation is dire in almost all areas of Delhi.</p>

<p>The Supreme Court said on Monday that GRAP-4 will continue to be implemented in Delhi-NCR due to the severe air pollution. The court has directed the Air Quality Management Committee to decide whether schools can be opened or online education should continue. The next hearing is on November 28. On that day, a decision will be taken on reopening schools for 10th and 12th-grade students. The court was informed that lakhs of children are not receiving mid-day meal facilities due to school closures.</p>

Bhopal hit-and-run case: three friends lose their lives


<p>Bhopal Hit and Run Case: A horrific road accident occurred in Bhopal&#8217;s Chola Mandir area, where three young men lost their lives. The accident was a hit and run case, where a speeding vehicle hit a bike, resulting in the death of three friends who were riding the bike.</p>



<p>The accident occurred near the bridge, where the speeding vehicle hit the bike from behind, killing one of the riders on the spot. The other two riders suffered severe injuries, including a broken leg and head injuries, and later succumbed to their injuries.</p>

<p>The police reported that the three friends, Alfaij, Sameer, and Sameer Khan, lived in the same colony and were childhood friends. They were all in their early twenties and worked as furniture makers.</p>

Bilaspur: Central Jail to Become India&#39;s First Green Jail, Prisoners Receive Recycling Training


<p><strong>Bilaspur News: </strong>The Central Jail of Bilaspur is becoming the country&#8217;s first eco-friendly (green) jail, which is working to protect the environment. The jail is being designed keeping in mind environmental conservation, water conservation, energy conservation, and a plastic-free environment. Apart from this, prisoners are participating in various environmental-friendly works, from making bio-handwash to generating electricity through solar panels.</p>



<p>The main objective of making the Central Jail, Bilaspur eco-friendly is to hand over a clean and safe environment to future generations. Currently, there are 3000 prisoners here. The water used by them for bathing and washing is being utilised for gardening and farming. The jail currently has a 20 kW solar panel, which generates electricity for 3-4 hours a day.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Jail premises will become an oxygen generator</h2>



<p>The premises of Bilaspur Central Jail are being fully utilised. An NGO is conducting a flora-fauna survey of the trees and plants on the premises. After the survey, work will be done to conserve and promote the vegetation and animals. The jail premises will be prepared in such a way that it will act as an &#8220;oxygen generator&#8221; for the city.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Green Jail: Prisoners Working to Enhance Greenery</h2>



<p>A survey has been conducted with the help of NGOs to preserve the plants and creatures within the jail premises. Based on the survey, a roadmap is being developed for the conservation and enhancement of these species. The aim of the project is for the jail to not only serve as a corrective space for inmates but also function as an oxygen generator for Bilaspur City.</p>



<p>Various environmental activities are being carried out in the jail. The administration is planning to install solar panels on the roofs of 45 barracks in the 18-acre jail premises. This will generate more electricity, which can be sold to earn revenue. &#8211; Khomesh Mandavi, Jail Superintendent</p>



<p>The objective is to ensure a clean environment and air for future generations. The process of making the Central Jail, Bilaspur an &#8220;eco-friendly green jail&#8221; has been initiated. <p>Not only this, but on the lines of the JEE exam, there is a plan to limit the attempts in NEET UG exam. Under this, students will get a maximum of 4 attempts to take the NEET UG exam. However, they will not be able to do so now. This may also lead to a significant decrease in the number of students taking the exam.</p>

<p><strong>CISCE Board Exams Date Sheet:</strong> The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the date sheet for ICSE and ISC board exams on Monday. Students can check the date sheet on CISCE&#8217;s official website <a href="https://cisce.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><strong>cisce.org</strong></a>. The 10th class exams will start from February 18 and will continue until March 27. On the other hand, the 12th-class exams will start on February 13 and will continue until April 5.</p>



<p>Students&#8217; wait is now over. CISCE has released the date sheet for the board exams. Students can download a copy of the date sheet from the board&#8217;s official website. According to the released schedule, the 12th class exams will start from February 13 and the 10th class exams will start from February 18.</p>



<p>This year, a total of 1,00,067 applications have been received for the 12th class, including 52,692 boys and 47,375 girls. The exam will be conducted not only in India but also in two international locations, namely the UAE and Singapore.</p>



<p>On the other hand, a total of 2,53,384 students have applied for the 10th class, including 1,35,268 boys and 1,18,116 girls. The exam will be conducted not only in India but also in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and the UAE.</p>


<p> CISCE Board Exams Date Sheet: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the date sheet for ICSE and ISC board exams. </p>
