Half of the people living in the Blue Zone eat less. They say that eat only until you are 80% full, i.e., leave 20%. This is the secret of their long life.

An attempt was made to find out why reducing calories increases lifespan. We found that our body has many organs, each with different cells and different parts. The powerhouses of these parts are mitochondria. There is an enzyme called AMP kinase in it. When we eat less, AMP kinase becomes active, making it more efficient.
