According to recent reports, the initial shooting of the film is taking place in Madurai, where the entire cast and crew members have gathered. Now, it is being speculated that ‘Aaj Ka Arjun’ fame Jaya Prada has also joined the shooting schedule along with Prabhas and Immanavi.
However, due to Prabhas’ busy schedule, the team has planned to shoot some sequences without him, as the ‘Rebel’ actor is also busy with the shooting of his upcoming horror-comedy ‘The Raja Saab’ under the direction of Maruti.

The upcoming film ‘Fauji’ is based on the backdrop of 1945, where Prabhas will be seen playing the role of a soldier working in the British army. There are reports that the first look of Prabhas from the film will be released on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. In the upcoming action-drama, Mithun Chakraborty will also be seen playing a crucial role as Prabhas’ father. The music for the film has been composed by renowned music director Vishal Chandrashekhar. Jaya Prada is considered one of the leading actresses of the 70s and 80s, having acted in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, and Marathi films.
