Good news for students waiting for the notification of the 70th BPSC exam. The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has recently released the notification for the 70th BPSC Preliminary Exam 2024. The notification has been published on the official website of BPSC. Interested candidates can visit the website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in to get the details. The application process will start on September 28. The last date to apply is October 18, as announced by the commission.

BPSC Notification 2024: Essential Qualifications

In this exam, the candidate must be a graduate of a university or institution. The minimum age for the post is 20, 21, or 22 years, and the maximum age is… Additionally, the maximum age for unreserved male candidates is 37 years, and for unreserved female candidates, it is 40 years. The age will be calculated as of August 1, 2024. General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 600, while SC, ST, and physically disabled candidates from Bihar will have to pay Rs 150.

Total 1957 Posts to be Filled

Through this recruitment, the commission will fill a total of 1957 posts. Out of these, 1082 posts are for the general category, 315 posts for OBC, 427 posts for E-OBC, 59 posts for OBC women, 246 posts for EWS, 403 posts for SC, and 22 posts for ST. The BPSC CCE 70th Prelims Exam is likely to be held in November. The exam will consist of 150 questions, and candidates will be given two hours to complete it. Only those who pass this exam will be eligible to apply for the BPSC CCE 70th Mains Exam.
