<p>Bihar government will fill a total of 2027 vacant posts in various departments through this recruitment exam. Candidates will have to clear all three stages of the exam to be eligible for this recruitment. Preliminary exam, main exam, and interview will be the three stages. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the main exam and interview.</p>

<p>To apply for the 70th Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2024, candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university. The minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years. However, there is a relaxation in the maximum age limit for reserved categories. The age calculation will be done as of August 1, 2024. The application fee for general category candidates is Rs 600, while for SC, ST, female candidates of Bihar, and divyang candidates, the application fee is Rs 150.</p>

Four children accidentally lock themselves in car while playing; later found dead


<p><strong>Gujarat:</strong> In Randhia village of Amreli, Gujarat, four children of the same family playing in a car got locked inside and died due to suffocation on Monday. The family, including Sobiyaa, his wife Piroo Bai, and their five children, had gone to Gujarat in search of work. On Monday, Sobiyaa and Piroo left their four children, including Jitendra Mochi (10), in the car and went to work in the field. The car was left in the field with the key inside. The children, Sunita (7), Kartik (2), Savitri (5), and Vishnu (5), started playing in the car. The car got locked, and the children died due to suffocation. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">No One Noticed Until Evening</h2>



<p>According to the Gujarat police, the children were inside the car when it got locked. No one noticed until evening, which led to the death of the children due to suffocation. It is essential not to leave children alone in a car. It can be very dangerous. If you need to park your car, take your children with you. Sometimes, small children play with the car keys and lock the car, so it is crucial not to give children car keys.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Important Precautions to Save Children from Getting Locked in a Car:</strong></h2>



<p><strong>– Sprinkle Water on the Car to Cool It Down:</strong> If a child gets locked in a car, sprinkle water on the car&#8217;s windows and body to reduce the temperature inside the car, which can provide some relief to the child.</p>



<p><strong>– Break the Window Immediately:</strong> If the child is trapped in the car for more than 5-10 minutes and there is no way to open the door, consider breaking the window immediately. In the summer, the temperature inside the car can reach 70 degrees Celsius, which can be life-threatening for the child.</p>



<p><strong>– Break the Window Carefully:</strong> When breaking the window, avoid breaking the one near the child. Break the window on the opposite side of the child&#8217;s seat to ensure the child&#8217;s safety. Break the window slowly to avoid shattering it and causing harm to the child.</p>



<p><strong>– Do Not Take the Child to a Cold Environment Immediately:</strong> After rescuing the child from the car, do not immediately take them to a cold environment or give them cold water. Allow them some time to adjust to the normal temperature, so their body temperature can stabilize gradually.</p>



<p><strong>– Inform Emergency Services:</strong> While trying to rescue the child, call the police and ambulance. This will ensure that the child receives immediate medical attention and any emergency services can respond quickly.</p>

<p>With the withdrawal of nominations coming to an end, the picture of the election arena has become clear. Both the ruling Mahayuti and the opposition MVA tried to persuade their rebels until the last minute but did not achieve complete success. 11 rebels from Mahayuti and 15 from MVA are still in the fray. These rebels will impact the electoral prospects of their respective parties in this closely contested state. A total of 8,272 candidates are now in the fray for the 288 seats in the state, with voting scheduled for November 20.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">14 Rebels from Mahayuti, Including Former MP, Withdraw</h2>



<p>The Mahayuti alliance, comprising BJP, Shiv Sena (Shinde), and NCP (Ajit), persuaded 13 of its rebels to withdraw their nominations. Former BJP MP Gopal Shetty withdrew his nomination from the Borivali seat, while former minister Vishwajit Gaikwad withdrew from the Udragir seat. Shetty said that he had filed his nomination to protest against the party&#8217;s decision, but Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and National General Secretary Vinod Tawde persuaded him to withdraw.</p>



<p>It is worth noting that the NCP and Shiv Sena, both part of the Mahayuti alliance, are contesting against each other on seven seats, including the key Mankhurd Shivajinagar seat, where NCP&#8217;s Nawab Malik is contesting.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">MVA&#8217;s Rebels</h2>



<p>The MVA alliance, comprising Congress, Shiv Sena (Uddhav), and NCP (Sharad), persuaded its rebels to withdraw their nominations on only three seats &#8211; Bhaykhala, Kalyan East, and Kolhapur North. However, 15 rebels from the alliance are still in the fray. In Kolhapur North, the Congress persuaded Madhurima Raje Chhatrapati to withdraw her nomination at the last minute.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Manoj Jarange Withdraws Candidature</h2>



<p>On the last day of the withdrawal of nominations, Maratha community activist Manoj Jarange, who was demanding reservation for the community, did a U-turn and announced that he would not support any candidate or party in the Maharashtra assembly elections. He asked his supporters, who had filed nominations, to withdraw their papers. Jarange said that the Maratha community would decide who to support and who to defeat.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">MNS Chief&#8217;s Son-to-Face Challenge</h2>



<p>Despite pressure from the party leadership, Shiv Sena (Shinde) candidate Sada Sarvankar from the Maha assembly constituency refused to withdraw his nomination. He will now face a challenge from MNS chief Raj Thackeray&#8217;s son Amit Thackeray. The BJP is considering supporting the MNS candidate in this constituency, but the Shiv Sena (Shinde) candidate refused to back down.</p>

Bundi: Government teacher beaten to death with sharp weapons and sticks


<p>A case of murder of a government teacher has come to light in Bundi. This incident took place at Lanka Gate Ambedkar Circle, where some youths attacked the teacher with sharp weapons, sticks, and rods. The injured teacher was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.</p>



<p>The deceased teacher, Manish Meena, was a resident of Senti and was a teacher at a government school located in Sodhiniya&#8217;s hut. He had got the job just two years ago. The police have registered a case of murder and are searching for the accused.</p>



<p>SP Rajendra Meena said that the teacher, Manish Meena, had gone to a dhaba near Lanka Gate Chowk to eat with his friend. Here, he had a dispute with some youths, and the youths from the opposite party did not like the fight between Manish and his friend. They threatened to teach them a lesson, but after a while, others pacified the matter. The youths also went back after eating, and Manish was also going back, during which these miscreants attacked Manish brutally near Ambedkar Circle.</p>

<p>The Railway Recruitment Board has recently issued recruitment notifications for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), RPF Sub-Inspector, Technician, and Junior Engineer. Now, the board has announced the exam dates. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">RRB Exams Date 2024</h2>



<p>According to the notice issued, the RRB ALP exam will be held on November 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29. The RPF SI recruitment exam will be held on December 2, 3, 9, and 12, while the RRB Technician recruitment exam will be held on December 18-20 and 23, 24, 26, 28, and 29. The RRB Junior Engineer recruitment exam will be held on December 13-16 and 27. All exams will be conducted in CBT mode.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">When will the Admit Cards be Released?</h2>



<p>The city intimation slip and travel authority for SC/ST category candidates will be released 10 days before the exam. The city intimation slip will provide information about the exam city and date, which will benefit students living far away. SC/ST category candidates can travel for free by train through the travel authority. The admit cards will be released four days before the exam.</p>

<p><strong>One Nation-One Student ID:</strong> Under the One Nation-One Student scheme, a unique ID will be created for all students from class 9th to 12th. In Gwalior, the work of creating unique IDs has also started. This unique ID is being called an Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry.</p>



<p>This unique ID will be 12 digits long, similar to the Aadhaar number, where students&#8217; credit scores will be digitally or virtually stored. Educational institutions will be able to operate it themselves, and students will be stakeholders.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Information will be Digitally Secured</h2>



<p>Education department officials said that the main objective of the scheme is to digitally secure students&#8217; educational journey, where their educational records, achievements, and other information will be kept safe forever.</p>



<p>After this, important information like examination results, report cards, health cards, learning outcomes, Olympiad, skill training, and sports achievements will be digitally secured through this ID. All these data will be easily accessible through DigiLocker.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Each Student will be given a Unique Number</h2>



<p>Through this ID, each student from government and private schools will be given a unique number, which will keep their educational record available forever. This ID will not be limited to schools only, but will also be beneficial in higher education and other fields in the future.</p>

<p>The Punjab and Haryana High Court has sought a response from O P Jindal Global University on a petition filed by an LLM student, challenging the university&#8217;s decision to declare his answers as &#8216;AI-generated&#8217; and failing him in the exam.</p>



<p>The university had failed student Kaushtubh Sakkarwar, citing that he had provided 88% AI-generated answers. Justice Jasgurpreet Singh Puri has fixed November 14 as the next date of hearing and issued a notice to the university.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">88% of Answers Were AI-Generated: University</h2>



<p>The petitioner claimed that he had appeared for an exam on &#8216;Law and Justice in a Globalizing World&#8217; on May 18. The paper-checking committee found that 88% of the answers in his answer sheet were AI-generated and failed him on June 25.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Appellant Questions University&#8217;s Decision</h2>



<p>After the examination controller upheld the decision, Sakkarwar approached the High Court. Sakkarwar claimed that he did not use AI-generated answers, but the university did not listen to him. The university also failed to explain under which rule the use of AI-generated answers was prohibited and how it violated the Copyright Act.</p>

<p>दीपावली मनाकर अपने-अपने गंतव्यों से शहर लौट रहे लोग घंटों ट्रैफिक जाम में फंसे रहे। सड़क तो सड़क नम्मा मेट्रो की सवारी के लिए भी घंटों कतारों में लगने के बाद ही लोग टिकट खरीद सके।<br />
शहर को आस-पास के कस्बों और शहरों से जोडऩे वाली सभी आठ प्रमुख सडक़ों पर लोग वाहनों की लंबी कतारों में फंस गए। तुमकुरु रोड और ओल्ड मद्रास रोड पर तैनात ट्रैफिक पुलिस को लोगों की भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा। रविवार को दोपहर 2.45 बजे से ही लोगों की भीड़ उमडऩे लगी थी। सोमवार सुबह भी लोगों को जाम से राहत नहीं मिली। पूरे शहर में ट्रैफिक जाम रहा। खास तौर पर तुमकुरु रोड और ओल्ड मद्रास रोड पर कई किलोमीटर तक वाहन रेंगते रहे।</p>
<p>तुमकुरु रोड पर यातायात की भीड़ नागसंद्र मेट्रो स्टेशन से आगे तक रही। कई लोग जाम में रेंगती बसों से बड़े-बड़े बैगों व अन्य सामान सहित उतर गए और नागसंद्र मेट्रो स्टेशन पहुंच गए। देखते ही देखते मेट्रो स्टेशन से कम-से-कम 500 मीटर दूर मेट्रो लाइन के नीचे सड़क तक लंबी कतारें लग गईं। स्टेशन पर फंसे यात्रियों ने कहा कि अगर ग्रीन लाइन एक्सटेंशन खोल दिया गया होता, तो यात्रियों की इस भीड़ से बचा जा सकता था।</p>
