NEET PG Counselling Round 2 Result: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the seat allocation result of NEET PG Round 2 Counselling. Those candidates who had registered and filled their options for counselling can now check their results on the official website mcc.nic.in.

According to the released notice, candidates who have been allotted seats will have to report with all their documents by 20 December. MCC has written in the official notice, &#8220;All candidates are informed that the final result of NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 2 has been released. If there is any discrepancy in the result, please inform the MCC immediately via email at mccresultquery@gmail.com by 13 December morning at 11:00 am.&#8221;

Threatening Email in Russian Sent to RBI Governor Triggers Investigation

RBI Bomb Threat: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has once again received a threat to blow up its Mumbai headquarters. Officials have confirmed that the threatening email, written in Russian, was sent to the official email ID of RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra on Thursday (December 12). The email threatens to detonate explosives at the bank&#8217;s Mumbai headquarters.



In this regard, a case has been registered against an unknown person at the MRA Marg police station. The Mumbai police teams are trying to trace the IP address of the sender of the threatening email.



According to reports, officials are investigating whether a VPN was used to send the email, as the accused can hide their identity with the help of a VPN.



This threatening email came just a few days after Sanjay Malhotra took over as the 26th Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. Malhotra, an IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre, has replaced Shaktikanta Das. Das was the head of the top bank for six years.



Last month, the RBI customer service centre in Mumbai received a threatening call from a Pakistan-based terrorist organisation, Lashkar-e-Taiba. However, the Mumbai police investigation did not find anything suspicious.

Rajasthan News: A Shocking Case of Negligence Emerges at Rajasthan’s Largest Cancer Hospital. A 10-year-old patient suffering from blood cancer had his toe nibbled by a rat. Upon hearing the child cry, his family lifted the blanket to discover the rat gnawing on his toe. The family rushed to the doctors, who then instructed the nursing staff to dress the wound with medication and bandages.



On 11th December, the child was shifted from the Oncology Department to the Paediatric Department at Jaipur’s Cancer Hospital. The hospital is in a state of neglect and filth. Late at night, when the child began crying loudly, his family lifted the blanket to their shock—there, rats were gnawing at his toe.

The hospital has outsourced cleaning services, but despite this, the hospital&#8217;s conditions have not improved. Food and other items are scattered around the hospital premises, which attracts rodents and other animals, who roam freely in the hospital premises.

IIT Kanpur student files rape charge against ACP. FIR registered

Kanpur: A sensational case has come to light in Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s Kanpur. An IIT PhD student has accused ACP Mohsin Khan of rape. An FIR has been registered at the Kalyanpur police station under sections of rape and other offences.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What is the whole matter?</h2>



The student is from West Bengal and is pursuing her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology. Meanwhile, ACP Mohsin Khan is also pursuing his PhD from IIT in Cyber Crime Investigation and Cyber Criminology. During this period, the two met and their friendship grew.



According to the allegations made by the student, Mohsin Khan introduced himself as unmarried and established a physical relationship with her by promising to marry her. When the student discovered the truth about the marriage, Mohsin Khan refused to break off the relationship, saying that his divorce case was ongoing and that he would marry her after the divorce.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">SIT to investigate</h2>



According to an HT report, Additional Police Commissioner Harish Chandra said that an FIR has been registered against ACP Mohsin Khan on the basis of the student&#8217;s complaint. He has been attached to the headquarters. A SIT has been formed under the leadership of DCP Ankita Sharma, and action will be taken based on the report.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">ACP says &#8211; I am innocent</h2>



Before registering the FIR, the police questioned ACP Mohsin Khan. During the questioning, he claimed that he and the student were only friends during his PhD. He stated that she was pressuring him to marry her and had even self-harmed, attempting to blackmail him. Additionally, he mentioned that after seeing a photograph of his wife on social media, she began making false allegations against him.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What are the victim&#8217;s demands?</h2>



● False marriage, rape, cheating, and defamation cases should be registered against ACP Mohsin Khan.



● Immediate measures should be taken for my safety, including restricting the entry of the accused and his accomplices to IIT Kanpur.



● A fair and thorough investigation should be conducted to bring the accused to justice.



● My identity and details should be kept confidential as per legal provisions.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What did the DCP say?</h2>



DCP Ankita Sharma said, &#8220;An FIR has been registered against Kanpur&#8217;s ACP on charges of raping an IIT Kanpur student by promising to marry her. A SIT has been formed under the leadership of ADCP Traffic Archana Singh for a thorough investigation. The accused ACP has been attached to the Lucknow Police Headquarters with immediate effect.&#8221;

His first task as the red-ball head coach will be the two-match Test series against South Africa during the ongoing tour. The first Test will be played from December 26 to 30 at the SuperSport Park in Centurion, and the second Test will be played from January 3 to 7 at the Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. The Pakistan men&#8217;s team is currently playing a three-match T20 series in South Africa, followed by a three-match ODI series.&#8221;



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Three coaches changed in 12 months</h2>



In an interview with Sky Sports, Gillespie said, &#8220;I feel disappointment at times. This was not what I signed up for; I’ll be completely honest.&#8221; Over the past 12 months, Pakistan has changed three captains and three coaches. Across the last four years, they have had six different coaches for all formats.

Doctor Dies After Running 32 KM Marathon: Goa. A 39-year-old dentist, Dr. Mithun Kudalkar, died suddenly after completing a 32.2 km marathon in Goa. After running, he complained of shoulder and stomach pain and was declared dead at the hospital.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Heart Attack </h2>



According to family members, he suffered a heart attack. Dr. Kudalkar, a resident of Bogmalo, is survived by his wife and 8-year-old son. His father, Dr. Gyaneshwar Kudalkar, said that he was very fit and had won several medals in running and cycling competitions.



He said that after returning from the marathon, he lay down on the bed around 12:30 pm. He vomited, drank some water, and then lay down again. As we are all doctors in the family, we tried to give him CPR, but he did not respond.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Medical Staff Had Declared Him Fit</h2>



His running partner, Jitendra Dhyanai, said that he had complained of acidity after the marathon. The medical staff present at the spot had declared him fit after checking him.

Professor Recruitment: Under the Higher Education Department, the document verification process for 86 posts of professors in 13 subjects started on December 10, but on the first day, there was a dispute over the API (Academic Performance Indicator) numbers, and only one document could be verified. However, on the second day, the officials formed three panels to improve the document verification.



50 more applicants submitted their documents. A format was set for the documents, in which the API numbers were added, and the applicants submitted their documents. Along with this, the applicants also submitted an affidavit confirming the accuracy of all the information.



The document verification process for professor recruitment is underway for 13 subjects. A total of 86 posts are vacant in these subjects, including English, Microbiology, Public Administration, Ancient Indian History, Biotechnology, Military Science, Astrology, Philosophy, Anthropology, History, Sanskrit, and Home Science. Out of 255 applicants, 255 have been called for the document verification process. The date for the document verification process for the remaining 17 subjects has not been announced yet.



The meaning of API (Academic Performance Indicator) is that the eligible candidates for the professor post add their API numbers. This includes the publication of their research papers and all their seniority achievements, which are added according to the UGC Teaching Guidelines. However, the officials did not pay attention to these things, and a dispute arose, which led to a delay in the document verification process on the first day, and only one document could be verified.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1500 Applications Received for 595 Posts</h2>



There are over 300 colleges affiliated with higher education in Chhattisgarh, and there are more than 600 vacant posts of professors. The recruitment process for 595 posts started in 2021, but it has not been completed yet. Initially, there were many disputes, which led to the process being stalled. Now, the recruitment process has started again, and applications have been invited. More than 1500 applications have been received, including 348 government assistant professors. The document verification process started on December 10 and will continue until December 17 for 86 posts.

Good News: 23,100 meritorious students of classes 8th, 10th, and 12th will get tablets

Jaipur. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will inaugurate the newly constructed Vidya Samiksha Kendra at the Education Complex on Thursday. This program will be organised virtually, in which the Chief Minister will inaugurate the centre by pressing a button during the mega job fair being held in Jodhpur. During this, the inauguration of 8020 smart classrooms set up in 4010 government schools of the state at a cost of around 9624 lakh rupees will also take place.



Along with this, 23,100 meritorious students of classes 8th, 10th, and 12th will be given tablets and 75,325 skill kits of 7 sectors including agriculture, automobile, beauty and wellness, healthcare, apparel makeup, and plumbing will also be distributed. In this regard, Education Minister Madan Dilawar said that this centre will monitor the data of more than 81 lakh students, 4 lakh teachers, and 1.5 lakh employees of 68,000 schools in the state. This platform is connected to the National Education Review Center, which will ensure accurate monitoring of the state&#8217;s education performance indicators.



The Education Minister stated that this initiative will serve as a significant milestone in the development of students, empowering teachers, and strengthening administrators through the use of technology, data, and artificial intelligence.



The Education Minister said that with the launch of the ambitious project by the Chief Minister, the state would move forward towards reaching new heights in the field of education.
